I purchased this for my 12 yr old son for his 1st PC to go with his Xbox. Quick and easy set up. Wifi works phenomenally. He uses it for games like Fortnite ,Roblox, and Minecraft. Customer service was excellent. The fan was damaged in transport even though the packing appeared sufficient. I contacted the number listed on a Sunday and received a return call after the posted hours of operation. A return label was created for the damaged unit and a new PC was sent. It arrived in 2 days after dropping off the return to Fedex. I also received a follow up call a few days after delivery of the new PC to check and make sure everything was functioning properly. This has been installed for a little over 2 weeks and so far, so good. I would definitely purchase again.
