We had an issue with our video card when we received the computer. I called to let them know the issue. They sent us a pre paid shipping label to send it back. They shipped us a new one and kept in touch the entire time. We got the new one and everything works perfectly. They also followed up to make sure everything worked ok. Highly recommend.
