Small company big on service and support

Bought this PC for gaming. Arrived DOA, failed to POST. I could have just returned to Amazon and moved on. Instead, I called their service number. Smart move for me! Service tech was polite and very helpful. Guided me through a few tests that showed it was indeed dead. He said that if I ship it back to the company (the maker not Amazon) at their expense (FedEx), they would send a replacement.

I received an e-mail with a fedex label, shipped it, got a call when they received it and was told the new one was checked and confirmed to boot successfully and they were about to ship it. New one works great.

This company has a priority on delivering a product that works. I value that kind of service and support. The replacement works fine and does what I want it to do for me. I would repeat.
