My daughter bought a computer for my grandson primarily for gaming (Fortnite). Fortnite takes a fairly stout machine to run adequately. We looked at the specs and thought we would be okay with the on-board video but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. My daughter called customer support and they had her send the computer back and installed a new video card (free of charge). Unfortunately when it came back, the video card wasn’t working for unknown reasons. At that point, I got involved. I have worked on computers for years and tried every trick I know, but just couldn’t get it going. After talking again with customer support, they sent us another video card and I installed it myself. The computer is now doing everything my grandson wanted and he is very happy with it. It’s a good looking machine and has good components, and I am in a position to know these things. I have no idea why the first video card didn’t work and I don’t blame them at all for this. It was just one of those things. We were not charged anything extra for the new video cards or for shipping, and they followed-up to make sure everything was still good. I highly recommend this company.
